5. Website chat and artificial intelligence

The chat may use an OpenAI model to draft answers from approved Caatinga Robotics content and qualify the subject of a request. Automated responses are identified in the interface. Messages may also be forwarded to the responsible human attendant through Telegram. WhatsApp is requested only to continue an authorised service when the visitor may leave the page.

  • The assistant must not make final decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Commercial negotiation, sensitive subjects and unsupported questions are escalated to human review.
  • Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive data in free-text messages.

6. Service providers, sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers strictly to operate the requested functions, subject to their contracts and privacy terms:

  • Google: Analytics, Search Console and optional Google sign-in.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Behavioural analytics and session interaction diagnostics, with sensitive fields masked.
  • OpenAI: Processing of chat prompts and responses when the AI assistant is active.
  • Telegram: Delivery of service notifications and continuity by a human attendant.
  • Google/SMTP and hosting providers: Email delivery, infrastructure, storage, logs, backup and security.
  • WhatsApp: Manual continuation of a service expressly requested by the visitor.

Some providers operate infrastructure outside Brazil. In such cases, information may be internationally transferred with contractual, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
